A collision led to BURITIS FC getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Francisco Nóbrega hit a great ball. With a little luck, BURITIS FC's Adrianinho Arósio got control of the ball when Mihály Szikora tried to sneak it across the goal line. Francisco Nóbrega's late challenge caught a Leeds's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Francisco Nóbrega helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, BURITIS FC's Francisco Nóbrega got a free kick in the 10th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mihály Szikora in the 11th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Adrianinho Arósio prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Mihály Szikora let the left foot speak when in front of goal in the 16th minute shot 1-0 at rihgt post. After 22 played minutes BURITIS FC got a freekick which was hit by Almir Trigo. In the 23rd minute of the match Roland Havas shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Adrianinho Arósio showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. With his leg Adrianinho Arósio managed to avoid a goal in the 26thth minute, when Leeds's Mihály Szikora fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Adrianinho Arósio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Máté Szekeres in the 27th minute of the match. After some careless play in the BURITIS FC defense, Tibor Dudics kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Adrianinho Arósio. The BURITIS FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Adrianinho Arósio should have stopped the shot. In the 33rd minute, Roland Havas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. It seemed to be an obvious goal in the 34th minute, but Adrianinho Arósio got his fingers on the ball or the save, leaving BURITIS FC hanging dry this time. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tibor Dudics in the 41st minute of play forced BURITIS FC's goalkeeper Adrianinho Arósio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Almir Trigo hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. An unexpected shot in the 47th minute by Márton Petres got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Almir Trigo made a kick off. Leeds's Tibor Dudics got a good chance for a goal in the 57th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Leeds's Mihály Szikora in the 59th minute got a chance for a shot 59th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye BURITIS FC's goalie prevented a goal. Adrianinho Arósio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Imre Selymes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Imre Selymes took the ball and in the 64 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Adrianinho Arósio. Adrianinho Arósio dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. BURITIS FC's Adrianinho Arósio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Imre Selymes in the 78th minute of play. In the 79th minute, Tibor Dudics left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Leeds fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. Adrianinho Arósio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tibor Dudics in the 83rd minute of play. When Leeds's Mihály Szikora in the 84th minute got a chance for a shot 84th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye BURITIS FC's goalie prevented a goal. Mihály Szikora received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Adrianinho Arósio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. BURITIS FC's Luisinho Tepedino quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Zsolt Simon, made in the 93rd minute of the game. Pál Benkó made a fantastic save in the 94th minute, when Francisco Nóbrega sent off a good shot on target.
