Márton Salgó hit a great freekick 2 minutes into the match. After 5 minutes, Krisztián Buday mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Leeds and the C. A. Flancito players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of C. A. Flancito booed when Leeds was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Krisztián Buday didn't get a good kick on the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Jesus Frichoso kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Pál Benkó. That made the score 1-0 in the 6 minute of play. In the 12th minute Mihály Szikora shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Felipe Gaitan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 16th minute, Evelio Tallia made a precise shot to the right of Pál Benkó. Leeds's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. In the 19th minute the ball was on its way in behind Leeds's goalkeeper Pál Benkó, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 22nd minute Mihály Szikora shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Felipe Gaitan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 23 minutes into the match, Leeds's goal looked a bit too open when Jesus Frichoso came free, but Pál Benkó reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jesus Frichoso in the 26th minute of play forced Leeds's goalkeeper Pál Benkó to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pál Benkó made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Evelio Tallia in the 27th minute of play. 28 minutes into the game, C. A. Flancito's Justo Romo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Pál Benkó made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. 33 minutes into the match, C. A. Flancito's goal looked a bit too open when Márton Petres came free, but Felipe Gaitan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Angelino Oihenarte kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. Leeds's Pál Benkó proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 37th minute of the match, managed to save Leeds from getting a goal against them. Gábor Kádár charged in rather forcefully in the 40th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gábor Kádár the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Evelio Tallia in the 44th minute of play forced Leeds's goalkeeper Pál Benkó to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 47th minute Jesus Frichoso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pál Benkó saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Mihály Szikora made a kick off. If Evelio Tallia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 55 minutes into the game, Evelio Tallia cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Pál Benkó was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 58 minutes into the match, C. A. Flancito's goal looked a bit too open when Imre Selymes came free, but Felipe Gaitan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Angelino Oihenarte recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 67th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Leeds's Pál Benkó played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jesus Frichoso in the 68th minute of play. Felipe Gaitan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mihály Szikora, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. Leeds's Pál Benkó played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Evelio Tallia in the 75th minute of play. In the 80th minute Angelino Oihenarte shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pál Benkó saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Leeds booed when C. Pál Benkó took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Evelio Tallia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. C. A. Flancito were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Leeds for a fine match.
