Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Mihály Szikora got the match started through his kick off. In the 3rd minute, Yngve Sandström hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gýmir Gryc in the 7th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Pál Benkó saved Leeds from getting behind. Márton Salgó made in the 8th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Pajala Sunrise's David Lindman. Pajala Sunrise's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Einar Larsfelt in the 11th minute. It was a well-played corner which Gnýr Gnaust managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Gnýr Gnaust's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Pál Benkó read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 11th minute of play. A sloppy throw-in by Márton Salgó in the 24th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Pajala Sunrise's David Lindman. In the 25th minute, Niaz Njoom hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The crowd rose to their feet as Pajala Sunrise's Gýmir Gryc slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Pál Benkó. That made the score 2-0 after 34 minutes of play. If Gýmir Gryc had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Pál Benkó came out of the goal in the 43rd minute to try and stop a shot by Pajala Sunrise's Yngve Sandström. But to his dismay, Yngve Sandström quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

After 50 played minutes Leeds got a freekick which was hit by Zsolt Simon. Leeds's Pál Benkó played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Yngve Sandström in the 59th minute of play. Jim Tinglöf hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. Pajala Sunrise made a substitution. Sebastian Tolsson replaced Gnýr Gnaust. A collision led to Pajala Sunrise getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Jim Tinglöf hit a great ball. In the 68th minute Arne Tingelholm shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pál Benkó saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jim Tinglöf hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. 75 minutes into the game, Arne Tingelholm cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Pál Benkó was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Pajala Sunrise's Johannes Fernkvist was substituted for Yngve Sandström. Arne Tingelholm took the ball and in the 82 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Pál Benkó. Pál Benkó dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. In the 86th minute the ball was on its way in behind Leeds's goalkeeper Pál Benkó, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 88th minute of the match Pajala Sunrise got a corner. Leeds's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Einar Larsfelt ran over to the corner to take the kick. In the 89th match minute, Pajala Sunrise was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Niaz Njoom to maneuver through the defense. 93 minutes into the match, Pajala Sunrise's Arne Tingelholm sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Pál Benkó narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Pajala Sunrise's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
