After 11 minutes, Åke Wenerdahl mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Hummerfiskarna and the SK Slavoj Vyšehrad players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 11th match minute, Hummerfiskarna was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Åke Wenerdahl to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Göran Östlund in the 14th minute of play forced SK Slavoj Vyšehrad's goalkeeper Matouš Nevrkla to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. But to his dismay, Göran Östlund quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. When Hummerfiskarna's Noah Eriksson in the 19th minute got a chance for a shot 19th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye SK Slavoj Vyšehrad's goalie prevented a goal. Matouš Nevrkla took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Noah Eriksson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 21 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Hummerfiskarna's Noah Eriksson fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Göran Östlund in the 24th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Matouš Nevrkla saved SK Slavoj Vyšehrad from getting behind. Matouš Nevrkla made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Noah Eriksson in the 31st minute of play. 34 minutes into the match, SK Slavoj Vyšehrad's goal looked a bit too open when Göran Östlund came free, but Matouš Nevrkla reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Radek Pleskot fell near the penalty area in the 35th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored SK Slavoj Vyšehrad's protests and gave Radek Pleskot a yellow card for diving instead. Radek Pleskot hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. After having played for 36 minutes, Noah Eriksson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hummerfiskarna's supporters crossed their fingers, but Noah Eriksson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Matouš Nevrkla showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Göran Östlund in the 39th minute of the match. Åke Wenerdahl hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Miloslav Pícha was the one to do the kick off. Göran Östlunds short, quick shot in the 52ndth minute got Matouš Nevrkla to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Radek Pleskot hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. If Petr Kvíz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
