Monky FC's Felipe Tajo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gaston Gaitan in the 18th minute of play. After 22 played minutes Monky FC got a freekick which was hit by Patricio Mannuel. Monky FC's Felipe Tajo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gaston Gaitan in the 41st minute of play. Felipe Tajo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fulgencio Mingo in the 44th minute of play. In the 45th minute, Faustino Ferrando hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Håkan Wennersten to make the kick off. After 75 played minutes Monky FC got a freekick which was hit by Isidro Cristofor. 76 minutes into the match, Monky FC's goal looked a bit too open when Israel Acosta came free, but Felipe Tajo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 81st minute, Israel Acosta ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Felipe Tajo was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. In the 85th minute, Gaston Gaitan made a precise shot to the right of Felipe Tajo. Monky FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0.
