With a little luck, Konurbano Atletico's Teobaldo Demario got control of the ball when Michael Owen tried to sneak it across the goal line. 18 minutes into the match, Robert Boruta notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Konurbano Atletico's Teobaldo Demario. Teobaldo Demario was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Jesus Luke showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Remigiusz Bubczyk, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. Jesus Luke made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Remigiusz Bubczyk in the 39th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Atlético Montserrat's zone, Remigiusz Bubczyk stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jesus Luke came out of the goal and Remigiusz Bubczyk tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Atlético Montserrat's Zula Jajesniak was substituted for 崔光笑. Konurbano Atletico's Severiano Tiadoro was substituted for Remigiusz Bubczyk. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Abi Schrape to make the kick off. Konurbano Atletico were furious when Amadeo Favila was red carded, 52 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 51st minute of the game. One of Konurbano Atletico:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Atlético Montserrat:s goal. The corner led Konurbano Atletico's Maximino Terciero to fire away a dangerous shot which Jesus Luke despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Cristian Ronaldo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Atlético Montserrat fans' excitement grew in the 68th match minute when Atlético Montserrat's Robert Boruta looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Teobaldo Demario showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Robert Boruta in the 72nd minute of the match. Jesus Luke was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Severiano Tiadoro showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-2 in the 73 minute of play. 79 minutes into the match, Atlético Montserrat's goal looked a bit too open when Severiano Tiadoro came free, but Jesus Luke reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 81st minute, Robert Boruta left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Atlético Montserrat fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-2.
