An unexpectedly hard shot by Melchor Gregory in the 27th minute of play forced Riesgo Cero's goalkeeper Cristian Vladimirescu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 27 minutes, Arnaldo Beturian made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Riesgo Cero's Cristian Vladimirescu tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The Dionisia fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Aquiles Senio should have stopped the shot. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
