Colin Kelleher stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of 崔光笑's shot from short distance in the 28th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maximino Terciero in the 30th minute of play forced Atlético Montserrat's goalkeeper Jesus Luke to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 33rd minute, Robert Boruta made a precise shot to the right of Colin Kelleher. Konurbano Atletico's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. Amadeo Favila kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. In the 44th minute, Michael Owen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Colin Kelleher came out and tried to block the shot, but 崔光笑 slotted it home off the left post making it 0-4 in the 62nd minute. Cristian Ronaldo dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. Atlético Montserrat's Jesus Luke played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Amadeo Favila in the 78th minute of play. In the 80th minute Remigiusz Bubczyk shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jesus Luke saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 81st minute, Michael Owen ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Colin Kelleher was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-6. 86 minutes into the match, Konurbano Atletico's goal looked a bit too open when Michael Owen came free, but Colin Kelleher reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 91st match minute, Konurbano Atletico was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Raimundo Estavan to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Konurbano Atletico's Narcis Hurezeanu got a free kick in the 93rd minute. A collision led to Atlético Montserrat getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Zula Jajesniak hit a great ball. In the 95th minute of the match Maximino Terciero sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jesus Luke skillfully saved the ball. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Atlético Montserrat walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
