Jesus Luke made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Toro Martínez in the 3rd minute of play. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Toro Martínez stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Atlético Montserrat's defense didn't have a chance, in the 53rd minute, when Toro Martínez scored to the left of an out of position Jesus Luke, making the score, 0-1. Despidida AFC's attentive Michael Corleone managed to snatch the ball when Segundo Belarmo made a throw-in in the 63rd minute of the game. Jesus Luke stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Emiliano Velasco's shot from short distance in the 64th minute. In the 66th minute of the match Despidida AFC got a corner. Atlético Montserrat's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Emanuel Lucila ran over to the corner to take the kick. In the 71st minute Zula Jajesniak shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fernando Selatse saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 76 minutes into the match, Atlético Montserrat's goalkeeper Jesus Luke had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Emiliano Velasco. Fernando Selatse showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Konstanty Galagan, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. After a rather tough play, Atlético Montserrat's Aurelio Gitano got a free kick in the 90th minute. In the 92nd minute, Czeslaw Kopacz left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Despidida AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. Despidida AFC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
