Jesus Luke showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fred Nilsson in the 15th minute of the match. Jake Leonard took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Konstanty Galagan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Atlético Montserrat's Jesus Luke played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fred Nilsson in the 18th minute of play. A collision led to WINNING ELEVEN getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Hipolito Pirro hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Atlético Montserrat's zone, Fred Nilsson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jesus Luke came out of the goal and Fred Nilsson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, WINNING ELEVEN's Leonel Cordaro got a free kick in the 28th minute. Jake Leonard made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Konstanty Galagan in the 30th minute of play. In the 31st match minute, WINNING ELEVEN was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ringo Howard to maneuver through the defense. The WINNING ELEVEN fans' excitement grew in the 40th match minute when WINNING ELEVEN's Fred Nilsson looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Jake Leonard took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Michael Owen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Atlético Montserrat made a substitution. Anastasio Rito made in the 56th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Salvador Orlanda. The WINNING ELEVEN fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. Hipolito Pirro kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. Atlético Montserrat's Segundo Belarmo shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 66th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Jake Leonard but with some difficulty. WINNING ELEVEN's attentive Leonel Cordaro managed to snatch the ball when Daniel Skröder made a throw-in in the 70th minute of the game. WINNING ELEVEN's Jake Leonard proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 71st minute of the match, managed to save WINNING ELEVEN from getting a goal against them. Fred Nilsson might have been able to make a better finish in the 73rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jesus Luke. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Fred Nilsson ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 73rd minute Fred Nilsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jesus Luke saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
