After a rather tough play, Caballeritos del Baile's Braulio Lehior got a free kick in the 44th minute. Rodrigo Pes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alfredinho Vieira in the 45th minute of the match. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-4 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Leonides Tulio to make the kick off. Rodrigo Pes yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-6. The supporters of Morro Grande E.C booed when Caballeritos del Baile was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Caballeritos del Baile's Rodrigo Pes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hélder Velasco in the 86th minute of play. Rodrigo Pes was a little too slow when Alfredinho Vieira got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 88th minute. The score was now 0-7. The supporters of Caballeritos del Baile booed when Morro Grande E.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Christiano Trevisan didn't get a good kick on the ball.
