The corner led Pity 31's Evaristo Avellaneda to fire away a dangerous shot which Gláuber Brodel despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Gláuber Brodel stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mateo Pellegrino's shot from short distance in the 9th minute. 15 minutes into the game, Pity 31's Abelardo Petrigai nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gláuber Brodel made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. In the 18th minute, Morro Grande E.C's Habib Ali Picavea dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-1. 21 minutes into the match, Morro Grande E.C's goal looked a bit too open when Abelardo Petrigai came free, but Gláuber Brodel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alfredinho Vieira succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 2-1 in the 24th playminute. Javier Milei made an important save on a dangerous shot by Habib Ali Picavea in the 30th minute. After a rather tough play, Morro Grande E.C's Christiano Trevisan got a free kick in the 33rd minute. Abelardo Petrigai's late challenge caught a Morro Grande E.C's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Abelardo Petrigai helped the player get up and apologised. After 34 played minutes Pity 31 got a freekick which was hit by Abelardo Petrigai. In the 38th minute, Christiano Trevisan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Vladimiro Amor scored 2-2 in the 40th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gláuber Brodel, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 45th minute, Mateo Pellegrino hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Pity 31's Javier Milei proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 47th minute of the match, managed to save Pity 31 from getting a goal against them. The score stood at 2-2 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Javier Milei came out of the goal in the 54th minute to try and stop a shot by Morro Grande E.C's Hélder Velasco. But to his dismay, Hélder Velasco quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-2. After a rather tough play, Pity 31's Andres Pello got a free kick in the 57th minute. Morro Grande E.C's Habib Ali Picavea managed to work through Pity 31's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Habib Ali Picavea dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. In the 60th minute Habib Ali Picavea shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Javier Milei saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alfredinho Vieira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 67th match minute, Pity 31 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arnoldo Bizi to maneuver through the defense. Abelardo Petrigai hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. Morro Grande E.C made a substitution. Toninho Soeiro replaced Kaká Sampaio. Abelardo Petrigai hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. In the 76th minute, Morro Grande E.C's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Omar Balesio fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. After a rather tough play, Morro Grande E.C's Jorge Sá got a free kick in the 79th minute. Javier Milei showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alfredinho Vieira in the 94th minute of the match. For all the effort they put into the match, the Pity 31 players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Morro Grande E.C.
