The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Donalton Meneses stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Marcial Dantae showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Donalton Meneses in the 60th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Palermo's zone, Genílson Severo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marcial Dantae came out of the goal and Genílson Severo tried to chip the ball over his head. Conrado Ubarna hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. 79 minutes into the match, Palermo's goal looked a bit too open when Tiago Azevedo came free, but Marcial Dantae reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
