After 6 played minutes Under 18 Universe got a freekick which was hit by Ümit Akersoy. The supporters of Under 18 Universe booed when Caballeritos del Baile was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leonides Tulio didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kadri Coşan in the 10th minute of play forced Caballeritos del Baile's goalkeeper Silvestre Franco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Caballeritos del Baile getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Ovidio Ralondo hit a great ball. Vladimiro Bartoli hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. Kadri Coşan scored 0-1 in the 14th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Silvestre Franco, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Filiberto Meder received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Tahsin Orguntay tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Halil Can Balkoç sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 21 played minutes Caballeritos del Baile got a freekick which was hit by Albano Hitzeder. Under 18 Universe's Tahsin Orguntay played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leonides Tulio in the 23rd minute of play. In the 25th minute, Ümit Akersoy hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Under 18 Universe's Tahsin Orguntay proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 26th minute of the match, managed to save Under 18 Universe from getting a goal against them. Aaron Ladio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 34th minute of the match, but Tahsin Orguntay made a huge save. Silvestre Franco showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kadri Coşan in the 37th minute of the match. Albano Hitzeder kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. Tahsin Orguntay took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leonides Tulio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 46th minute Halil Can Balkoç shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Silvestre Franco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Leonides Tulio to make the kick off. Kadri Coşan might have been able to make a better finish in the 51st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Silvestre Franco. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Kadri Coşan ran back to his position shaking his head. Leonides Tulio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 57th minute Filiberto Meder shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tahsin Orguntay saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the Under 18 Universe defense, Leonides Tulio kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tahsin Orguntay. The Under 18 Universe fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tahsin Orguntay should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leonides Tulio in the 64th minute of play forced Under 18 Universe's goalkeeper Tahsin Orguntay to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bruno Sabin kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. Tahsin Orguntay made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Florentino Veronica in the 70th minute of play. Ümit Akersoy's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Silvestre Franco read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 80th minute of play. 82 minutes into the match, Caballeritos del Baile's goal looked a bit too open when Halil Can Balkoç came free, but Silvestre Franco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 84th minute Bruno Sabin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tahsin Orguntay saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Atalan Maruf hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. In the 86th minute of the match Vladimiro Bartoli sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Tahsin Orguntay skillfully saved the ball. In the 86th minute, Atalan Maruf hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With an all-out effort, Under 18 Universe's Silvestre Franco threw himself towards the right post 91 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Ümit Akersoy, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After a rather tough play, Under 18 Universe's Ataman Uğurtay got a free kick in the 92nd minute. With a little luck, Caballeritos del Baile's Silvestre Franco got control of the ball when Kadri Coşan tried to sneak it across the goal line. Caballeritos del Baile's Silvestre Franco proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 95th minute of the match, managed to save Caballeritos del Baile from getting a goal against them. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Caballeritos del Baile fans cheered their team off the field, for while Under 18 Universe had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
