Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) When Peep Pronk came up free with the goalie in the 3rd minute, the AC LeX Luthor fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Peep Pronk couldn't finish the play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Peep Pronk in the 5th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Kleopas Plouffe prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Fulgencio Eyague showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cesar Romildo, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Peep Pronk in the 13th minute of play forced Defensores de Mar de Ajó's goalkeeper Kleopas Plouffe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kleopas Plouffe was a little too slow when Peep Pronk got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 17th minute. The score was now 1-0. Fulgencio Eyague made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cesar Romildo in the 23rd minute of play. Peep Pronk took the ball and in the 26 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Kleopas Plouffe. Kleopas Plouffe dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Peep Pronk recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 30th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Defensores de Mar de Ajó's Sandu Sălcudeanu got a free kick in the 32nd minute. Kleopas Plouffe showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Peep Pronk in the 33rd minute of the match. 37 minutes into the match, Defensores de Mar de Ajó's goal looked a bit too open when Peep Pronk came free, but Kleopas Plouffe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The AC LeX Luthor fans' excitement grew in the 39th match minute when AC LeX Luthor's Peep Pronk looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 4-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After having played for 43 minutes, Peep Pronk managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. AC LeX Luthor's supporters crossed their fingers, but Peep Pronk was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 44th minute Peep Pronk shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kleopas Plouffe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Defensores de Mar de Ajó getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Sandu Sălcudeanu hit a great ball. Inautzi Quesada hit a great freekick 48 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Defensores de Mar de Ajó's zone, Mario Yepes stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kleopas Plouffe came out of the goal and Mario Yepes tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-0 at half-time.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Cesar Romildo was the one to do the kick off. 59 minutes into the match, AC LeX Luthor's goalkeeper Fulgencio Eyague had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cesar Romildo. An unexpectedly hard shot by Peep Pronk in the 64th minute of play forced Defensores de Mar de Ajó's goalkeeper Kleopas Plouffe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Peep Pronk recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 71st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 72nd minute, Peep Pronk made a precise shot to the right of Kleopas Plouffe. Defensores de Mar de Ajó's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-0. Fulgencio Eyague took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alberto Aznar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 77 minutes AC LeX Luthor's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Cesar Romildo who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Cesar Romildo almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but AC LeX Luthor's Fulgencio Eyague did a great save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Valentin Laurendi got free with Fulgencio Eyague in the 79th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 81st minute Peep Pronk shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kleopas Plouffe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Peep Pronk in the 84th minute of play forced Defensores de Mar de Ajó's goalkeeper Kleopas Plouffe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Peep Pronk sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Defensores de Mar de Ajó's Kleopas Plouffe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Peep Pronk in the 92nd minute of play. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The AC LeX Luthor fans cheered their team off the field, for while Defensores de Mar de Ajó had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
