Academia D3c3bal FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Andrei Ungureanu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 4 minutes into the game, Aristide Hogaș was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Academia D3c3bal FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Yala the free kick. Aristide Hogaș kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. Nechifor Baștină made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Freddy Valentine in the 9th minute of play. Academia D3c3bal FC's Nechifor Baștină played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zacarias Rik in the 11th minute of play. Nechifor Baștină showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Freddy Valentine, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. The audience was convinced that Freddy Valentine's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Nechifor Baștină was relentless in the 15th minute of the game. Emanuel Sărăroiu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 18th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 21 minutes into the match, Academia D3c3bal FC's goal looked a bit too open when Freddy Valentine came free, but Nechifor Baștină reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nechifor Baștină took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zacarias Rik, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, Yala's Zeledon Curcio got control of the ball when John Forsberg tried to sneak it across the goal line. 29 minutes into the match, Academia D3c3bal FC's goal looked a bit too open when Zacarias Rik came free, but Nechifor Baștină reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nechifor Baștină made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Santiago Feo in the 31st minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Santiago Feo in the 33rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Nechifor Baștină prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and John Forsberg made a kick off. In the 60th match minute, Academia D3c3bal FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Valentin Taşcă to maneuver through the defense. Zeledon Curcio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Emanuel Sărăroiu in the 64th minute of the match. 72 minutes into the match, Academia D3c3bal FC's goalkeeper Nechifor Baștină had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Zacarias Rik. Nechifor Baștină showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Freddy Valentine, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. John Forsberg hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. Yala were furious when Ramon Abarca was red carded, 95 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In the 97th minute, Yala's Carolo Bizen ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Nechifor Baștină. Nechifor Baștină yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-1. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Yala had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
