Constantin Maali was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Irman Roos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tyge Agesen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Tomás Azubeli made the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the game, Jan-Erik Åström cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Irman Roos was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Irman Roos made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tyge Agesen in the 55th minute. Tomás Azubeli could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 56th minute of the match, but Irman Roos made a huge save. In the 57th minute of the match, Bilge Kağan Akçakıl got a very nice opportunity to score, but Irman Roos was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Constantin Maali took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marko Löfgren, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Deci Liberatore kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. Irman Roos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jan-Erik Åström, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. Irman Roos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Álvaro Recoba in the 67th minute of play. In the 67th minute Tomás Azubeli shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Irman Roos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, HEJA ESLÖV's Irman Roos got control of the ball when Bilge Kağan Akçakıl tried to sneak it across the goal line. The corner was taken by Álvaro Recoba in the 87th minute. In the 91st minute, Álvaro Recoba reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Irman Roos. The goal made the score 1-6. After 94 played minutes HEJA ESLÖV got a freekick which was hit by Jörn Wennerström. Irman Roos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jan-Erik Åström, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. 96 minutes had been played when some careless play by HEJA ESLÖV's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Álvaro Recoba was slow to take the kick. During this time ABC anno 2012 est. 2002's players had a chance to rest. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched ABC anno 2012 est. 2002 eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
