When Emilio Castulo fell near the penalty area in the 95th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Yeşilköyspor's protests and gave Emilio Castulo a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Oldham Athletic booed when Yeşilköyspor was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Emilio Castulo didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the match was over Oldham Athletic could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Yeşilköyspor throughout the match.
