Tor Echegoyen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mikael Uggstedt in the 6th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adam Qvarnström in the 11th minute of play forced Chute de Ouro FC's goalkeeper Tor Echegoyen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bertil Kilström stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Hernani Leme's shot from short distance in the 18th minute. Chute de Ouro FC's Hernani Leme got a good chance for a goal in the 21st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Dalmo Veloso hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Hernani Leme got free with Bertil Kilström in the 27th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 30th match minute, Chute de Ouro FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ricardinho Capixaba to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Adam Qvarnström in the 33rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tor Echegoyen prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Chute de Ouro FC's Tor Echegoyen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ivar Carlsson in the 34th minute of play. Tor Echegoyen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adam Qvarnström in the 36th minute of play. A collision led to Chute de Ouro FC getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Durval Dantas hit a great ball. Mikael Uggstedt recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 42nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ricardinho Capixaba fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bertil Kilström having to interfere.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Adam Qvarnström stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the game, Henrik Wickander was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. LA VIOLA's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Chute de Ouro FC the free kick. Henrik Wickander kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. A hard shot 56 in the game by Adam Qvarnström from a close distance when the talented Tor Echegoyen managed to make a qualified save. Chute de Ouro FC's players were relieved. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ivar Carlsson got free with Tor Echegoyen in the 62nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 75th match minute, LA VIOLA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ivar Carlsson to maneuver through the defense. Ivar Carlsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 89th minute Ricardinho Capixaba shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bertil Kilström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 91 minutes into the match, LA VIOLA's Isak Ahlbeck sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Tor Echegoyen narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When the final whistle sounded LA VIOLA left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Chute de Ouro FC.
