Bernard Fafinski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Per-Olof Högberg in the 18th minute of the match. 19 minutes into the match, Oldham Athletic's goal looked a bit too open when Bartosz Klejnowski came free, but Thor Persson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lars Fischer got free with Thor Persson in the 20th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. DawcyMocyWNocy Juniors's Bernard Fafinski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Per-Olof Högberg in the 22nd minute of play. Hugon Budacz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 23rd minute of the match, but Thor Persson made a huge save. With a little luck, Oldham Athletic's Thor Persson got control of the ball when Hugon Budacz tried to sneak it across the goal line.
