Sergio Livingstone made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from David Bernad in the 31st minute of play. 35 minutes into the match, David Bernad dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Sergio Livingstone, 1-0. After having played for 37 minutes, Wellington Flores managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ViCeNzA's supporters crossed their fingers, but Wellington Flores was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The referee ignored Beckham23's protests and gave Erubiel Fraco a yellow card for diving instead. Erubiel Fraco hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. Beckham23's Mehmet Oğuz Efe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Long Stora in the 48th minute of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.
