Bengt Byström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fevzi Baykara in the 16th minute of the match. IFK Bajenby's Bengt Byström proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 18th minute of the match, managed to save IFK Bajenby from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adolphe De Coster in the 20th minute of play forced Śląsk Bytom's goalkeeper Antoni Brama to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Adolphe De Coster in the 28th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Antoni Brama prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Fevzi Baykara might have been able to make a better finish in the 30th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Bengt Byström. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Fevzi Baykara ran back to his position shaking his head. 30 minutes into the match, IFK Bajenby's goalkeeper Bengt Byström had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Fevzi Baykara. Fevzi Baykara's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Bengt Byström read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 34th minute of play. 36 minutes into the match, Fevzi Baykara had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Bengt Byström. IFK Bajenby's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Fevzi Baykara was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Bengt Byström was out of position in the 43 minute of play, and Stefan Danisiewicz capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Stefan Danisiewicz really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

IFK Bajenby's supporters rose to their feet, but Breannain McNamee was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Antoni Brama breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Śląsk Bytom made a substitution. Ulryk Miazga replaced Hakkı Elçin. In the 70th match minute, Śląsk Bytom was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ulryk Miazga to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to IFK Bajenby getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Jonas Giliusson hit a great ball. Bengt Byström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fevzi Baykara, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. In the 76th minute, Fevzi Baykara made a precise shot to the right of Bengt Byström. IFK Bajenby's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-1. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Śląsk Bytom were victorious despite being under pressure from IFK Bajenby for much of the match.
