Lucho Putin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luiz Paulo de Sousa in the 22nd minute of the match. Despite this Lucho Putin quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. A collision led to Jung 1972 getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. João Adolfo Pitta hit a great ball. In the 38th minute, Daniel Moura got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ali Toral hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. Lisandro Ihintza made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Song Di Xu in the 42nd minute of play. Jon Klein hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. In the 49th minute of the match Jung 1972 got a corner. Πυργετός Fc's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Luiz Paulo de Sousa ran over to the corner to take the kick. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Osvaldinho de Senna to strike the kick off in the second half. Lisandro Ihintza was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When Πυργετός Fc's Song Di Xu in the 87th minute got a chance for a shot 87th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Jung 1972's goalie prevented a goal. Lisandro Ihintza didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Song Di Xu went, in the 89th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-8 was the resulting score. If Song Di Xu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Πυργετός Fc's Lucho Putin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by João Adolfo Pitta in the 95th minute of play. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Πυργετός Fc had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
