After 28 minutes, Oscar Artal mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Monte Hermoso Beach and the Castanheiro SC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 28th match minute, Monte Hermoso Beach was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Oscar Artal to maneuver through the defense. Monte Hermoso Beach's Jonatan Enekoitz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 52nd minute of the match, managed to save Monte Hermoso Beach from getting a goal against them. The audience thought a goal was coming when Umberto Dionísio got free with Jonatan Enekoitz in the 54th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 56th match minute, Castanheiro SC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luisinho Seco to maneuver through the defense. 60 minutes into the match, Monte Hermoso Beach's goal looked a bit too open when Benedito Mineiro came free, but Jonatan Enekoitz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Umberto Dionísio's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 80thth minute, Jonatan Enekoitz skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. With an all-out effort, Castanheiro SC's Jonatan Enekoitz threw himself towards the right post 89 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Marcelo Eger, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After 94 played minutes Monte Hermoso Beach got a freekick which was hit by Florentino Gil. Castanheiro SC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
