Pedrinho Guimarães was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a defensive mix-up in Castanheiro SC's zone, Tiago Azevedo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Pedrinho Guimarães came out of the goal and Tiago Azevedo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Pedrinho Guimarães made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tostão Lago in the 18th minute of play. In the 19th minute Benedito Mineiro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Thiago Dantas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 20th minute, Luisinho Seco managed to get in a good position for a shot. Castanheiro SC's supporters rose to their feet, but Luisinho Seco was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Thiago Dantas breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Umberto Dionísio scored 1-1 in the 23rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Thiago Dantas, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. A collision led to Castanheiro SC getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Umberto Dionísio hit a great ball. After 29 minutes, Célio Vianna mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Castanheiro SC and the 『盛世メ名門』MZ TOMAR NO C∩ ™ players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Castanheiro SC's Célio Vianna got a free kick in the 29th minute. The audience cheered when Donalton Meneses's long shot passed Pedrinho Guimarães's right side. It was 1-2, 29 minutes into the match. Donalton Meneses sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thiago Dantas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Benedito Mineiro, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

The wind increased when Donalton Meneses made the kick off in the second half. Mauro Sarmento received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Thiago Dantas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to 『盛世メ名門』MZ TOMAR NO C∩ ™ getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Tiago Azevedo hit a great ball. In the 72nd minute, 『盛世メ名門』MZ TOMAR NO C∩ ™'s Donalton Meneses dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-3. Thanks to some nice moves Donalton Meneses could shoot a difficult shot in the 78th minute, which Pedrinho Guimarães however easily saved by the left post. Castanheiro SC's Marcelo Eger was substituted for Anísio Alagoano. The supporters of Castanheiro SC booed when 『盛世メ名門』MZ TOMAR NO C∩ ™ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. But to his dismay, Marcelo Eger quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-4. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. 『盛世メ名門』MZ TOMAR NO C∩ ™ walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
