Dave Woodier sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Pascal Avalos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dave Woodier in the 7th minute of the match. Lane Berg could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 8th minute of the match, but Caleb Price made a huge save. Nicky Brown hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. Peter Lightfoot sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 15 played minutes S.D. Bajen got a freekick which was hit by Lenny Vogel. In the 18th match minute, Real Chelsea was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nicky Brown to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Odell McPherson got free with Caleb Price in the 20th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 22 minutes into the game, Real Chelsea's Gwyn Duff nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Pascal Avalos made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. In the 29th minute, Nicky Brown hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Caleb Price took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Erik Clifton, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Caleb Price was a little too slow when Frank Meyer got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 34th minute. The score was now 1-1. Devin Madison received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Caleb Price tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. S.D. Bajen's Pascal Avalos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gwyn Duff in the 41st minute of play. In the 42nd minute Peter Lightfoot shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pascal Avalos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Erik Clifton in the 46th minute of play forced Real Chelsea's goalkeeper Caleb Price to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Caleb Price took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Erik Clifton, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.
S.D. Bajen made a substitution. Mohammed Cagle replaced Robbie Parson. Caleb Price made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Frank Meyer in the 54th minute of play. Dave Woodier could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 55th minute of the match, but Pascal Avalos made a huge save. The supporters of Real Chelsea booed when S.D. Bajen was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lenny Vogel didn't get a good kick on the ball. Real Chelsea's Dave Woodier got a good chance for a goal in the 58th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With an all-out effort, Real Chelsea's Pascal Avalos threw himself towards the right post 62 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Gwyn Duff, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Caleb Price didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Frank Meyer went, in the 66th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. Crispin Mimms was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 70 minutes into the match. After 69 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Real Chelsea! Caleb Price took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Erik Clifton, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 77 minutes into the match, Erik Clifton notched a goal, 3-1, to the right of Real Chelsea's Caleb Price. Caleb Price was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a defensive mix-up in S.D. Bajen's zone, Dave Woodier stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Pascal Avalos came out of the goal and Dave Woodier tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Pascal Avalos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Peter Lightfoot in the 87th minute of play. 90 minutes into the game, S.D. Bajen's Erik Clifton nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Caleb Price made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-1. In the 96th minute, Frank Meyer got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Devin Madison took the ball and in the 98 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Caleb Price. Caleb Price dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-1. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. S.D. Bajen had won after a very even match.
