Egil Sølve showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alex Răduț, who was totally free with the ball in the 2nd minute. In the 7th minute, Kalle Bjarkmann made a precise shot to the right of Silviu Bogătan. Unicorns ™'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. In the 10th minute, Micael Byvold hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Albert Şania during the 14th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Unicorns ™ getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Albert Şania hit a great ball. Silviu Bogătan was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 15th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Timmi Bantz. 17 minutes into the game, Kalle Bjarkmann lined in a short shot 2-0 behind a frustrated Silviu Bogătan. In the 19th minute, Jann Sparegodt got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 23 minutes into the game, Holmkjar Hotspurs's Kalle Bjarkmann nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Silviu Bogătan made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. 27 minutes into the match, Unicorns ™'s goal looked a bit too open when Timmi Bantz came free, but Silviu Bogătan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Holmkjar Hotspurs's Holger Korst got a free kick in the 28th minute. Alex Răduț took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 29th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Egil Sølve. Holmkjar Hotspurs's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Niculae Bărbulescu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The supporters of Holmkjar Hotspurs booed when Unicorns ™ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alex Răduț didn't get a good kick on the ball. Silviu Bogătan was out of position in the 35 minute of play, and Jann Sparegodt capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Jann Sparegodt really showed his touch with that goal: 4-0. Kalle Bjarkmann recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 39th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jann Sparegodt's late challenge caught a Unicorns ™'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jann Sparegodt helped the player get up and apologised. After 41 played minutes Unicorns ™ got a freekick which was hit by Iacob Surdu. Silviu Bogătan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jann Sparegodt, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 46 minutes, Kalle Bjarkmann mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Holmkjar Hotspurs and the Unicorns ™ players grew even worse after the yellow card. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Alex Răduț made a kick off. Holger Korst's late challenge caught a Unicorns ™'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Holger Korst helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Holmkjar Hotspurs's Holger Korst got a free kick in the 52nd minute. Damian Ghișe hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. Kalle Bjarkmann kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. Gheorghe Albescu kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 65th minute, Isak Wachenschwanz managed to get in a good position for a shot. Holmkjar Hotspurs's supporters rose to their feet, but Isak Wachenschwanz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Silviu Bogătan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Holmkjar Hotspurs made a substitution. Vilfred Bornkessel replaced Pablo Heitmann. Holmkjar Hotspurs's Casper Emerek was substituted for Halfdan Wøldike. Holmkjar Hotspurs made a substitution. Helmuth Mannsmeier replaced Jann Sparegodt. Gheorghe Albescu's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Egil Sølve read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 81st minute of play. 83 minutes into the match, Helmuth Mannsmeier had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Silviu Bogătan. Unicorns ™'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Helmuth Mannsmeier was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-1. Holmkjar Hotspurs's Egil Sølve played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alex Răduț in the 88th minute of play. Silviu Bogătan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Helmuth Mannsmeier, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. Unicorns ™'s players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
