Al-Fajuth's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Erik Clifton was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. In the 10th minute, Eliseu Alagoano got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Al-Fajuth's Wilson Matorin got a good chance for a goal in the 12th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rômulo Soares in the 13th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Pascal Avalos saved S.D. Bajen from getting behind. Wilson Matorin's late challenge caught a S.D. Bajen's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Wilson Matorin helped the player get up and apologised. Wilson Matorin kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. Pascal Avalos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rômulo Soares, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Pascal Avalos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eliseu Alagoano in the 19th minute of the match. In the 22nd minute Eliseu Alagoano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pascal Avalos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Al-Fajuth's Maicon Zanette was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Pascal Avalos in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. S.D. Bajen's Pascal Avalos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rômulo Soares in the 30th minute of play. 33 minutes into the match, Eliseu Alagoano had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Pascal Avalos. Pascal Avalos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eliseu Alagoano in the 43rd minute of play. In the 45th minute the ball was on its way in behind S.D. Bajen's goalkeeper Pascal Avalos, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After the first half Al-Fajuth were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
S.D. Bajen made a substitution. Mohammed Cagle replaced Robbie Parson. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Erik Clifton to make the kick off. Odell McPherson kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. Pascal Avalos was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Eliseu Alagoano showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-3 in the 55 minute of play. S.D. Bajen's Pascal Avalos proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 59th minute of the match, managed to save S.D. Bajen from getting a goal against them. 59 minutes into the game, Eliseu Alagoano lined in a short shot 1-4 behind a frustrated Pascal Avalos. 62 minutes into the game, Eliseu Alagoano recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Pascal Avalos. Eliseu Alagoano showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-5. After 64 played minutes Al-Fajuth got a freekick which was hit by Fabrício Brunovskis. Al-Fajuth's Eliseu Alagoano was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 69th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Eliseu Alagoanos short, quick shot in the 73rdth minute got Pascal Avalos to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Devin Madison in the 77th minute of play forced Al-Fajuth's goalkeeper Édouard Mendy to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pascal Avalos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eliseu Alagoano in the 79th minute of play. Eliseu Alagoano blasted a shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Pascal Avalos having to make a save. S.D. Bajen's Pascal Avalos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eliseu Alagoano in the 83rd minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rômulo Soares got free with Pascal Avalos in the 84th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 87th minute, Eliseu Alagoano reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Pascal Avalos. The goal made the score 1-7. After a rather tough play, S.D. Bajen's Odell McPherson got a free kick in the 91st minute. In the 92nd minute, Maicon Zanette sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and S.D. Bajen's Pascal Avalos didn't even have to move. Léo Ortiz hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. 96 minutes into the game, Rômulo Soares cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-8. Pascal Avalos was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When the match was over Al-Fajuth could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than S.D. Bajen throughout the match.
