The audience was convinced that Alex Răduț's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Marcel Anisie was relentless in the 9th minute of the game. Rareș Papadima charged in rather forcefully in the 11th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Alex Răduț in the 36th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Marcel Anisie saved DINAMO from getting behind. Niculae Bărbulescu scored 1-4 in the 37th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Marcel Anisie, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Gheorghe Albescu took the ball and in the 43 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Marcel Anisie. Marcel Anisie dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-5. 47 minutes into the game, Unicorns ™'s Alex Răduț nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Marcel Anisie made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-6. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 2-6 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

DINAMO's players were relieved. 60 minutes into the match, Șerban Damian had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Silviu Bogătan. Unicorns ™'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Șerban Damian was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-6. Unicorns ™'s Rareș Papadima was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 64th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Eugen Bobocea charged in rather forcefully in the 68th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Eugen Bobocea the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Unicorns ™ booed when DINAMO was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eugen Bobocea didn't get a good kick on the ball. Șerban Damian fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Silviu Bogătan having to interfere. Alex Răduț who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 73rdth minute tested the skills of Marcel Anisie when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 75th minute, Sever Colin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Alex Răduț's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 81stth minute, Marcel Anisie skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Rareș Papadima sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The DINAMO fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Marcel Anisie should have stopped the shot.
