Haşim Resat blasted a shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gregory Pegrum having to make a save. 9 minutes into the match, Manly FC's goal looked a bit too open when Haşim Resat came free, but Gregory Pegrum reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Omero Cobain got free with Gregory Pegrum in the 13th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 24 minutes of play, FCFiratRom's Haşim Resat made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gregory Pegrum was left in no man's land by his defense there! Gregory Pegrum made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Haşim Resat in the 28th minute of play. Haşim Resat sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. With a little luck, Manly FC's Gregory Pegrum got control of the ball when Haşim Resat tried to sneak it across the goal line. Philip Fison kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. The FCFiratRom players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Manly FC were winning 1-2.

FCFiratRom's Zeynel Gulson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Craig Johnston in the 51st minute of play. Gregory Pegrum showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Haşim Resat, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. Gregory Pegrum made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Haşim Resat in the 64th minute of play. 65 minutes into the game, Philip Fison was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Gregory Pegrum made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Haşim Resat in the 76th minute of play. Bruno Domenichetti hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. Ali Behzat Yaslı took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 80th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Gregory Pegrum. Manly FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in FCFiratRom reached it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Omero Cobain in the 83rd minute of play forced Manly FC's goalkeeper Gregory Pegrum to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
