In the 15th minute the ball was on its way in behind FC Gladiators Milošová's goalkeeper Tomáš Čambora, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 16 minutes into the game, Marián Rozum was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC Gladiators Milošová's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Lirarnas Lag the free kick. After 16 played minutes FC Gladiators Milošová got a freekick which was hit by Marián Rozum. 17 minutes into the match, Lirarnas Lag's Gustav Stenquist broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. In the 18thth minute of the game Jonathan Petersson who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Gladiators Milošová's Tomáš Čambora was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 20th minute, Jonathan Petersson made a precise shot to the right of Tomáš Čambora. FC Gladiators Milošová's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. 23 minutes into the match, Lirarnas Lag's Jonathan Petersson sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Tomáš Čambora narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Miroslav Mikla fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rudolf Löfdahl having to interfere. Luo Gang Zhan's late challenge caught a FC Gladiators Milošová's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Luo Gang Zhan helped the player get up and apologised. After 31 played minutes Lirarnas Lag got a freekick which was hit by Luo Gang Zhan. Adrian Ďumbier had several of the Lirarnas Lag's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 34 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-3 score and a disappointed Rudolf Löfdahl as he didn't even see the shot coming. When Simone Mihajlovič fell near the penalty area in the 37th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Lirarnas Lag's protests and gave Simone Mihajlovič a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Lirarnas Lag getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Simone Mihajlovič hit a great ball. Jonathan Petersson's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tomáš Čambora read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 41st minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stano Kováč in the 46th minute of play forced Lirarnas Lag's goalkeeper Rudolf Löfdahl to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rudolf Löfdahl made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Peter Tonhauser in the 47th minute of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Adrian Ďumbier to make the kick off. After a rather tough play, FC Gladiators Milošová's Matúš Divos got a free kick in the 51st minute. Lirarnas Lag's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-4. In the 62nd minute, Peter Tonhauser made a precise shot to the right of Rudolf Löfdahl. Tomáš Čambora showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jonathan Petersson, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. After having played for 89 minutes, Jonathan Petersson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lirarnas Lag's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jonathan Petersson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
