The audience thought a goal was coming when Christer Wästerberg got free with Léo Pinheiro in the 20th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Jonathan Petersson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Léo Pinheiro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jonathan Petersson, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. Marcel Matos's late challenge caught a Lirarnas Lag's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Léo Pinheiro prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Jonathan Petersson struck a weak shot in the 55th minute. Léo Pinheiro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Lirarnas Lag. If Jonathan Petersson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Léo Pinheiro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jonathan Petersson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Magnus Arenberg kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. After some careless play in the Dinamo Colorado defense, Jonathan Petersson kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Léo Pinheiro. The Dinamo Colorado fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Léo Pinheiro should have stopped the shot. Gláuber Recife made in the 87th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Christian Gaúcho however managed to control. After 89 minutes of play, Lirarnas Lag's Jonathan Petersson made it 5-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Léo Pinheiro was left in no man's land by his defense there! The supporters of Dinamo Colorado booed when Lirarnas Lag was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Simone Mihajlovič didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rudolf Löfdahl showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cesinha Meirelles in the 95th minute of the match. Rafael Borre had several of the Lirarnas Lag's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 96 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 5-2 score and a disappointed Rudolf Löfdahl as he didn't even see the shot coming. Lirarnas Lag were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest.
