After a rather tough play, Flamengo CIMZ's Robinho Silveira got a free kick in the 7th minute. Wilton Fantini recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 12th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 14th minute the ball was on its way in behind San Fernando Eagles's goalkeeper Fabricio Nahia, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a rather tough play, San Fernando Eagles's Saturnino Orti got a free kick in the 15th minute. Danilo Firmin's late challenge caught a Flamengo CIMZ's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Danilo Firmin helped the player get up and apologised. In the 21st match minute, San Fernando Eagles was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Danilo Firmin to maneuver through the defense. 24 minutes into the game, Adelino Esteves cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Fabricio Nahia was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The nice shot from Leonides Lidon in the 32ndth minute just in front of the goal should have ended in point on the board, but Vítor Britto had a great feel for the game and superbly saved the ball from getting in by the left post. Wilton Fantini struck a weak shot in the 40th minute. Fabricio Nahia didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Flamengo CIMZ. 42 minutes into the match, Wilton Fantini had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Fabricio Nahia. San Fernando Eagles's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Wilton Fantini was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. In the 47th minute, Flamengo CIMZ's Giovani Negri seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Giovani Negri the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Flamengo CIMZ protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Giovani Negri had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In the 46th minute, one of Flamengo CIMZ:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Flamengo CIMZ. The San Fernando Eagles players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Flamengo CIMZ were winning 1-2.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Adelino Esteves was the one to do the kick off. Robinho Silveira kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. 59 minutes into the match, Flamengo CIMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Leonides Lidon came free, but Vítor Britto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 61 minutes, Wilfredo Chap mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the San Fernando Eagles and the Flamengo CIMZ players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 61 played minutes San Fernando Eagles got a freekick which was hit by Wilfredo Chap. When Robinho Silveira came up free with the goalie in the 64th minute, the Flamengo CIMZ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Robinho Silveira couldn't finish the play. A collision led to San Fernando Eagles getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Rodrigo Lartaun hit a great ball. A hard shot by Ramón Pirani from long distance, 68 minutes into the match, got Fabricio Nahia's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Adelino Esteves sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Dorian Fonseca fell near the penalty area in the 77th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Flamengo CIMZ's protests and gave Dorian Fonseca a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of San Fernando Eagles booed when Flamengo CIMZ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dorian Fonseca didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 79th match minute, Flamengo CIMZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adelino Esteves to maneuver through the defense. Rodrigo Lartaun hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. If Adelino Esteves had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fabricio Nahia made a fantastic save in the 83rd minute, when Adelino Esteves sent off a good shot on target. After a rather tough play, San Fernando Eagles's Danilo Firmin got a free kick in the 84th minute. When Adelino Esteves came up free with the goalie in the 84th minute, the Flamengo CIMZ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Adelino Esteves couldn't finish the play. Leonides Lidon took the ball and in the 88 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Vítor Britto. Vítor Britto dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. In the 91stth minute of the game Leonides Lidon who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Flamengo CIMZ's Vítor Britto was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Benedicto Marquez kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. Fabricio Nahia made a fantastic save in the 97th minute, when Adelino Esteves sent off a good shot on target. Adelino Esteves fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 99th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fabricio Nahia having to interfere. Flamengo CIMZ were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing San Fernando Eagles to leave the ground with a draw.
