The audience was convinced that Zhu Yan Quan's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Orlando Nogueira was relentless in the 21st minute of the game. Borys Poreda made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vânderson Castro in the 25th minute of play. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Albino Ibar stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Victoria Toruń were awarded a corner in the 57th minute after AKI CORINTHIANS's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Burt Burachek took the corner. The corner went over the outstretched arms of AKI CORINTHIANS's goalie and right to Pablo Marmol. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. AKI CORINTHIANS's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. The throw-in from Ture Springfält in the 59th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by AKI CORINTHIANS's Gonçalo da Silveira. Albino Ibar could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 62nd minute of the match, but Borys Poreda made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zhu Yan Quan in the 63rd minute of play forced AKI CORINTHIANS's goalkeeper Orlando Nogueira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. AKI CORINTHIANS's Orlando Nogueira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by D.J. 武磊 in the 70th minute of play. In the 87thth minute of the game Zhu Yan Quan who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but AKI CORINTHIANS's Orlando Nogueira was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Orlando Nogueira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from D.J. 武磊 in the 92nd minute of play. Dragolyub Dzhahov received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Orlando Nogueira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Victoria Toruń's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
