After 4 minutes of play, Olofsi IF's Benjamin Ekström made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Tata Rușanu was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpectedly hard shot by Benjamin Ekström in the 11th minute of play forced Ralles Bollklubb's goalkeeper Tata Rușanu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Einar Ingvall took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Douglas D Agostino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Benjamin Ekström in the 19th minute of play forced Ralles Bollklubb's goalkeeper Tata Rușanu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ralles Bollklubb's Tata Rușanu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vilgot Haegg in the 20th minute of play. Olofsi IF's Einar Ingvall played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dragan Numanović in the 21st minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 25th minute, Prudencio Gerazan managed to get in a good position for a shot. Olofsi IF's supporters rose to their feet, but Prudencio Gerazan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tata Rușanu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Einar Ingvall made a fantastic save in the 28th minute, when Douglas D Agostino sent off a good shot on target. Prudencio Gerazan made a great header on Olofsi IF's corner, it was just that Ralles Bollklubb's Tata Rușanu managed to reach the ball for a save. Tata Rușanu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Prudencio Gerazan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 38 minutes into the match, Ralles Bollklubb's goal looked a bit too open when Benjamin Ekström came free, but Tata Rușanu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Vilgot Haegg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ivar Sontman made a kick off. Douglas Vallgren received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 50th minute. Tata Rușanu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Vilgot Haegg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tata Rușanu having to interfere. Benjamin Ekström's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tata Rușanu read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 62nd minute of play. 62 minutes into the game, Benjamin Ekström cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Tata Rușanu was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a rather tough play, Ralles Bollklubb's 李永乐 Kaká got a free kick in the 68th minute. In the 68th minute of the match Tyrone Rubayo shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Tata Rușanu showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Einar Ingvall made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Victor Krum in the 78th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jens Back in the 82nd minute of play forced Olofsi IF's goalkeeper Einar Ingvall to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Vilgot Haegg came up free with the goalie in the 84th minute, the Olofsi IF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Vilgot Haegg couldn't finish the play. After 92 minutes, Anton Bröms mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ralles Bollklubb and the Olofsi IF players grew even worse after the yellow card. When the referee blew the final whistle jeers and boos were heard from the home team's supporters. They were angered to see Ralles Bollklubb lose a match they had controlled from the kick-off.
