After a rather tough play, Högdalstippen-Highvalley's Mathias Sundberg got a free kick in the 8th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Irinel Tatomir in the 12th minute of play forced Högdalstippen-Highvalley's goalkeeper Kleon Pallini to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 15th minute, Högdalstippen-Highvalley's Allan Dahlberg seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Allan Dahlberg the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Högdalstippen-Highvalley protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Allan Dahlberg had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. Allan Dahlberg hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. Eugen Mihălțan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 16th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 21st match minute, ★RO★ Afrimesti FC 2007 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sandu Condeescu to maneuver through the defense. Kleon Pallini made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Irinel Tatomir in the 25th minute of play. Kleon Pallini showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Irinel Tatomir in the 29th minute of the match. Emil Gabor showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Jacobsson in the 30th minute of the match. Lucrețiu Ghimiș took the ball and in the 32 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Kleon Pallini. Kleon Pallini dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Irinel Tatomir in the 35th minute of play forced Högdalstippen-Highvalley's goalkeeper Kleon Pallini to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lucrețiu Ghimiș took the ball and in the 39 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Kleon Pallini. Kleon Pallini dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Emil Gabor stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Arvid Josefsson's shot from short distance in the 42nd minute. After the first half ★RO★ Afrimesti FC 2007 were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Högdalstippen-Highvalley's Robert Unesson was substituted for Franco Maldini. ★RO★ Afrimesti FC 2007's Emil Gabor played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arvid Josefsson in the 53rd minute of play. The audience was convinced that Daniel Jacobsson's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Emil Gabor was relentless in the 54th minute of the game. ★RO★ Afrimesti FC 2007 made a substitution. Ole-Petter Korsvik replaced Eliodor Gheban. In the 59th match minute, Högdalstippen-Highvalley was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Robert Unesson to maneuver through the defense. Kleon Pallini made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lucrețiu Ghimiș in the 60th minute. 62 minutes into the match, Högdalstippen-Highvalley's goal looked a bit too open when Irinel Tatomir came free, but Kleon Pallini reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the last second Kleon Pallini throw himself and got hold of the ball when Irinel Tatomir in the 62ndth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. Kleon Pallini made a fantastic save in the 64th minute, when Lucrețiu Ghimiș sent off a good shot on target. Högdalstippen-Highvalley's Kleon Pallini played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lucrețiu Ghimiș in the 65th minute of play. With a little luck, Högdalstippen-Highvalley's Kleon Pallini got control of the ball when Lucrețiu Ghimiș tried to sneak it across the goal line. Irinel Tatomir might have been able to make a better finish in the 69th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Kleon Pallini. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Irinel Tatomir ran back to his position shaking his head. Högdalstippen-Highvalley's Calle Rolfsson was substituted for Aron Holmgren. 78 minutes into the match, Irinel Tatomir had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Kleon Pallini. Högdalstippen-Highvalley's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Irinel Tatomir was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. When Lucrețiu Ghimiș came up free with the goalie in the 87th minute, the ★RO★ Afrimesti FC 2007 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lucrețiu Ghimiș couldn't finish the play. After 94 played minutes ★RO★ Afrimesti FC 2007 got a freekick which was hit by Gu Xu. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arvid Josefsson in the 97th minute of play forced ★RO★ Afrimesti FC 2007's goalkeeper Emil Gabor to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The ★RO★ Afrimesti FC 2007 supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing ★RO★ Afrimesti FC 2007 would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
