Marko Ööpik made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vladimiro Figueira in the 5th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Giancarlo Antognoni in the 6th minute of play forced Orihuela Club de Fútbol's goalkeeper Grant Moco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Armageddon getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Giancarlo Antognoni hit a great ball. A sloppy throw-in by Rainer Haugas in the 12th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Orihuela Club de Fútbol's David Armada. Marko Ööpik showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vladimiro Figueira, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. Marko Ööpik took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vladimiro Figueira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Vladimiro Figueira's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Marko Ööpik was relentless in the 17th minute of the game. In the 18th minute, Manole Miulescu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Grant Moco came out of the goal in the 26th minute to try and stop a shot by Armageddon's Manole Miulescu. But to his dismay, Manole Miulescu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Manole Miulescu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 34 minutes into the match, Orihuela Club de Fútbol's goal looked a bit too open when Manole Miulescu came free, but Grant Moco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 35 minutes had been played when some careless play by Orihuela Club de Fútbol's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Giancarlo Antognoni was slow to take the kick. During this time Armageddon's players had a chance to rest. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Vladimiro Figueira made a kick off. After a rather tough play, Orihuela Club de Fútbol's Júlio Britto got a free kick in the 51st minute. Grant Moco took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Manole Miulescu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, Armageddon's Marko Ööpik got control of the ball when Vladimiro Figueira tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 61stth minute of the game Manole Miulescu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Orihuela Club de Fútbol's Grant Moco was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 66 minutes had been played when some careless play by Orihuela Club de Fútbol's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Giancarlo Antognoni was slow to take the kick. During this time Armageddon's players had a chance to rest. It was a well-played corner which Qian Jie Yuan managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. In the 75th minute Fernando Manzano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marko Ööpik saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 77th minute Orihuela Club de Fútbol were awarded a corner. Geovanni de Medeiros went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Geovanni de Medeiros got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Marko Ööpik quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Fernando Manzano's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Marko Ööpik read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 81st minute of play. 83 minutes into the match, Orihuela Club de Fútbol's goal looked a bit too open when Michel Legdeur came free, but Grant Moco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 85 minutes had been played when some careless play by Orihuela Club de Fútbol's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Giancarlo Antognoni was slow to take the kick. During this time Armageddon's players had a chance to rest. The corner first didn't look so dangerous but when Michel Legdeur got the ball he succeeded in some way to get through the defenders to deliver a very hard score. Result 2-0. 85 minutes into the match. If Fernando Manzano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead.
