Manole Miulescu started the match with the kick off. In the 11th minute Gwidon Babicki shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marko Ööpik saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. FC Wingspan's Kristian Modig played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Olaf Kööp in the 13th minute of play. Manole Miulescu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 17th minute of the match, but Kristian Modig made a huge save. Marko Ööpik took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gwidon Babicki, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in FC Wingspan's zone, Manole Miulescu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kristian Modig came out of the goal and Manole Miulescu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 30 minutes, Rainer Haugas mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Armageddon and the FC Wingspan players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 30th match minute, Armageddon was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rainer Haugas to maneuver through the defense. After 33 minutes Armageddon's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Nuno Caires who took care of the corner kick. Kristian Modig was out of position in the 35 minute of play, and Manole Miulescu capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Manole Miulescu really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. 39 minutes into the match, Armageddon's goal looked a bit too open when Gwidon Babicki came free, but Marko Ööpik reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rainer Haugas kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. Marko Ööpik showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Victorio Gabrio in the 43rd minute of the match. In the 45th match minute, FC Wingspan was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ulf Lenberg to maneuver through the defense. Kristian Modig didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Manole Miulescu went, in the 46th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gwidon Babicki was the one to do the kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Gwidon Babicki had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Marko Ööpik. Armageddon's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gwidon Babicki was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. In the 54th minute, Manole Miulescu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Armageddon fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. Marko Ööpik stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gwidon Babicki's shot from short distance in the 65th minute. Manole Miulescu struck a weak shot in the 67th minute. Kristian Modig didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Armageddon. Armageddon made a substitution. Michel Legdeur replaced Manole Miulescu. After some fancy dribbling in the 74th minute, Michel Legdeur managed to get in a good position for a shot. Armageddon's supporters rose to their feet, but Michel Legdeur was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kristian Modig breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of FC Wingspan booed when Armageddon was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alfred Di Stefano didn't get a good kick on the ball. Kristian Modig made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Michel Legdeur in the 83rd minute of play. Michel Legdeur recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 89th match minute, Armageddon was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rainer Haugas to maneuver through the defense. 91 minutes into the match, Armageddon's goalkeeper Marko Ööpik had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gwidon Babicki. In the 93rd minute of the match Qian Jie Yuan sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Kristian Modig skillfully saved the ball. For all the effort they put into the match, the FC Wingspan players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Armageddon.
