Edgar Ekeroth's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Lew Jaszynski read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 26th minute of play. 29 minutes into the match, Rosendahl Flyers's goal looked a bit too open when Leon Kolbe came free, but Axel Bergren reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 30 minutes, Nils-Erik Gunnarsson mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Rosendahl Flyers and the Victoria Mlawa players grew even worse after the yellow card. Axel Bergren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Iwo Pusiak in the 35th minute of play. Lew Jaszynski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tommy Vase, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match had gone on for 40 minutes, Tommy Vase put it in 1-1 from a short distance just to the right of Lew Jaszynski. After some fancy dribbling in the 46th minute, Vítor Félix managed to get in a good position for a shot. Victoria Mlawa's supporters rose to their feet, but Vítor Félix was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Axel Bergren breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Tommy Vase to make the kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 50th minute, Leon Kolbe managed to get in a good position for a shot. Victoria Mlawa's supporters rose to their feet, but Leon Kolbe was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Axel Bergren breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 52 minutes into the match, Rosendahl Flyers's goalkeeper Axel Bergren had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Marian Tarasek. After a rather tough play, Victoria Mlawa's Jurand Lenertej got a free kick in the 57th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Aaron Höijer during the 59th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Rosendahl Flyers getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Aaron Höijer hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Olaf Redisz got free with Axel Bergren in the 61st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Axel Bergren showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jurand Lenertej in the 62nd minute of the match. Axel Bergren took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marian Tarasek, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Iwo Pusiak got free with Axel Bergren in the 64th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After some careless play in the Rosendahl Flyers defense, Jurand Lenertej kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Axel Bergren. The Rosendahl Flyers fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Axel Bergren should have stopped the shot. With a little luck, Rosendahl Flyers's Axel Bergren got control of the ball when Robert Puzio tried to sneak it across the goal line. Vítor Félix fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Axel Bergren having to interfere. Kacper Brzeszczak sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 77th minute Jurand Lenertej shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Axel Bergren saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 83rd minute, Jurand Lenertej reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Axel Bergren. The goal made the score 1-4. In the 85th minute of the match Robert Puzio shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Axel Bergren showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 89th minute of the match, Leon Kolbe tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Axel Bergren saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 95th minute, Leon Kolbe fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Axel Bergren, passed just outside the right post.
