Emanuel Lucila hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. Fernando Selatse came out of the goal in the 7th minute to try and stop a shot by Treze Futebol Clube CIMZ's Norberto Prata. But to his dismay, Norberto Prata quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Toro Martínez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 19th minute, Toro Martínez reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Hansjörg Wastl. The goal made the score 1-1. Toro Martínez blasted a shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Hansjörg Wastl having to make a save. Emanuel Lucila hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. Despidida AFC's Mieszko Dabrowski quite brazenly broke a throw-in by He Jing, made in the 39th minute of the game. Hansjörg Wastl showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Toro Martínez in the 41st minute of the match. After 44 played minutes Treze Futebol Clube CIMZ got a freekick which was hit by Paolo Argi. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

The wind increased when Henrique Borges made the kick off in the second half. Fernando Selatse showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Yan Schmidt in the 54th minute of the match. Despidida AFC's Fernando Selatse proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 57th minute of the match, managed to save Despidida AFC from getting a goal against them. The crowd rose to their feet as Valdemar Tepedino kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Fernando Selatse. That made the score 2-2 in the 58 minute of play. Despidida AFC made a substitution. Emiliano Velasco replaced Toro Martínez. After some fancy dribbling in the 66th minute, Emiliano Velasco managed to get in a good position for a shot. Despidida AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Emiliano Velasco was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hansjörg Wastl breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After some careless play in the Treze Futebol Clube CIMZ defense, Czeslaw Kopacz kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Hansjörg Wastl. The Treze Futebol Clube CIMZ fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Hansjörg Wastl should have stopped the shot. Treze Futebol Clube CIMZ made a substitution. Emiel Desmet replaced Valdemar Tepedino. Treze Futebol Clube CIMZ's Pedro Geromel was substituted for Paolo Argi. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Czeslaw Kopacz in the 73rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Hansjörg Wastl saved Treze Futebol Clube CIMZ from getting behind. Treze Futebol Clube CIMZ's Hansjörg Wastl played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Czeslaw Kopacz in the 77th minute of play. Fernando Selatse made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Yan Schmidt in the 80th minute of play. Hansjörg Wastl took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Emiliano Velasco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
