In the 17th match minute, Palermo AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rodrigo Bautista to maneuver through the defense. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Arias Baltanas made a kick off. Severino Barros showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Clemente Azeari, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Clemente Azeari got free with Severino Barros in the 66th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Enzo Peres in the 72nd minute of play forced Palermo AFC's goalkeeper Severino Barros to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Rodrigo Bautista came up free with the goalie in the 76th minute, the Palermo AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rodrigo Bautista couldn't finish the play.
