Monky FC were awarded a corner in the 26th minute after Leones FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Andres Musko took the corner. Leones FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Monky FC the free kick. The supporters of Monky FC booed when Leones FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jeremias Cisco didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 28th minute, Håkan Wennersten made a precise shot to the right of Leopoldo Lastur.
