After some careless play in the Leones FC defense, You Nan kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Leopoldo Lastur. The Leones FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Leopoldo Lastur should have stopped the shot. Wojciech Kobeko could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 22nd minute of the match, but Leopoldo Lastur made a huge save. With a little luck, Leones FC's Leopoldo Lastur got control of the ball when Wojciech Kobeko tried to sneak it across the goal line. Leopoldo Lastur showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wojciech Kobeko, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. Leopoldo Lastur took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wojciech Kobeko, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Leopoldo Lastur made a fantastic save in the 40th minute, when Carlos Santana sent off a good shot on target.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Martin Asier made a kick off. Leopoldo Lastur showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eduardo Enol, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. 73 minutes into the game, SAN MARTIN F.C.'s Eduardo Enol nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Leopoldo Lastur made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. After a defensive mix-up in Leones FC's zone, Eduardo Enol stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Leopoldo Lastur came out of the goal and Eduardo Enol tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After having played for 81 minutes, Cipriano Senen managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SAN MARTIN F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Cipriano Senen was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Eduardo Enol had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 83rd minute Eduardo Enol shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leopoldo Lastur saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 85th minute SAN MARTIN F.C. were awarded a corner. Sadettin Talayer went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led SAN MARTIN F.C.'s Sadettin Talayer to fire away a dangerous shot which Leopoldo Lastur despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Eduardo Enol might have been able to make a better finish in the 90th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Leopoldo Lastur. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Eduardo Enol ran back to his position shaking his head. When the match had gone on for 90 minutes, Eduardo Enol put it in 4-0 from a short distance just to the right of Leopoldo Lastur. Leopoldo Lastur made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eduardo Enol in the 95th minute of play. In the 95th minute, Mariano Peyo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. SAN MARTIN F.C. fully deserved thier win.
