Amboy FC's Agustin Orion played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mauro Abarca in the 6th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mauro Abarca in the 7th minute of play forced Amboy FC's goalkeeper Agustin Orion to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Karol Borowski came up free with the goalie in the 20th minute, the C. A. Potrero fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Karol Borowski couldn't finish the play. Héctor-Raul Manenti Fontán scored 1-0 in the 21st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Emil Arendarski, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 27th minute the ball was on its way in behind C. A. Potrero's goalkeeper Emil Arendarski, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Agustin Orion showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ulises Bernad, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. In the 30th minute of the game Mariano Orlo made a throw-in which Karol Borowski played forward. Agustin Orion showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Karol Borowski in the 35th minute of the match. When Raimundo Santos fell near the penalty area in the 41st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored C. A. Potrero's protests and gave Raimundo Santos a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Amboy FC booed when C. A. Potrero was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Raimundo Santos didn't get a good kick on the ball. 43 minutes into the match, C. A. Potrero's goalkeeper Emil Arendarski had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Héctor-Raul Manenti Fontán.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Karol Borowski stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Karol Borowski who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 55thth minute tested the skills of Agustin Orion when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Amboy FC's Roberto Rodriguez was substituted for Héctor-Raul Manenti Fontán. After some fancy dribbling in the 65th minute, Shi Sha Quan managed to get in a good position for a shot. Amboy FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Shi Sha Quan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Emil Arendarski breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Emil Arendarski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Roberto Rodriguez in the 69th minute of play. Wladyslaw Popowicz struck a weak shot in the 71st minute. Agustin Orion didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for C. A. Potrero. Emil Arendarski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Roberto Rodriguez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Roberto Rodriguez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 74 minutes into the match, C. A. Potrero's goal looked a bit too open when Roberto Rodriguez came free, but Emil Arendarski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Roberto Rodriguez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. C. A. Potrero's Mateusz Marajda was substituted for Karol Borowski. Celestino Sidro got a throw-in 87 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Mustafa Barış Yorangil. After 94 minutes of play, Amboy FC's Roberto Rodriguez made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Emil Arendarski was left in no man's land by his defense there!
