Wojciech Gdowik showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Comunardo Quadrini in the 7th minute of the match. A collision led to FC LongeR getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Gilbert Czerniak hit a great ball. Wojciech Gdowik took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alessio Ascoli, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 15th minute, Ferruccio Cesaroni hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Radomir Marosz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 28 minutes, Roland Grajewski managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC LongeR's supporters crossed their fingers, but Roland Grajewski was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Filippo Barbato stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Radomir Marosz's shot from short distance in the 34th minute. The supporters of XMAS booed when FC LongeR was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Krzysztof Psotka didn't get a good kick on the ball. 41 minutes into the match, FC LongeR's goal looked a bit too open when Christian Zaccardi came free, but Wojciech Gdowik reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ennio De Nardis in the 42nd minute of play forced FC LongeR's goalkeeper Wojciech Gdowik to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Gilbert Czerniak fell near the penalty area in the 47th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC LongeR's protests and gave Gilbert Czerniak a yellow card for diving instead. After 47 played minutes FC LongeR got a freekick which was hit by Gilbert Czerniak. XMAS made a substitution. Eugenio Casiraghi replaced Christian Zaccardi. After a rather tough play, FC LongeR's Gilbert Czerniak got a free kick in the 49th minute. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Radomir Marosz to strike the kick off in the second half. Wojciech Gdowik was a little too slow when Eugenio Casiraghi got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 57th minute. The score was now 0-2. Wojciech Gdowik made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ennio De Nardis in the 61st minute of play. Ennio De Nardis scored 0-3 in the 62nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Wojciech Gdowik, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Wojciech Gdowik made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alessio Ascoli in the 68th minute. Wojciech Gdowik showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ennio De Nardis, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. Zachary Kajfasz charged in rather forcefully in the 74th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Zachary Kajfasz the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, FC LongeR's Zachary Kajfasz got a free kick in the 75th minute. If Alessio Ascoli had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. After a rather tough play, XMAS's Ennio De Nardis got a free kick in the 97th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 99th minute, Radomir Marosz managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC LongeR's supporters rose to their feet, but Radomir Marosz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Filippo Barbato breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The FC LongeR fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. XMAS were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
