The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The Hawelka Himalayan High fans' excitement grew in the 4th match minute when Hawelka Himalayan High's Chad Pro looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Marcel Anisie stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Chad Pro's shot from short distance in the 7th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Eugen Bobocea during the 8th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Eugen Bobocea hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. Hawelka Himalayan High's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Adrian Bagge in the 10th minute. 15 minutes into the match, Adrian Bagge had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Marcel Anisie. DINAMO's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Adrian Bagge was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Marcel Anisie showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adrian Bagge in the 17th minute of the match. In the 19th minute Chad Pro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcel Anisie saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 20th minute, Eugen Bobocea got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 22 played minutes Hawelka Himalayan High got a freekick which was hit by Arman Falkrans. In the 23rd minute of the match, Basarab Bâlea tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Fredrik Bäckström saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Hawelka Himalayan High's Fredrik Bäckström proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 25th minute of the match, managed to save Hawelka Himalayan High from getting a goal against them. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ovidiu Crăciun during the 27th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The DINAMO fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Marcel Anisie should have stopped the shot. In the 40thth minute of the game Chad Pro who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but DINAMO's Marcel Anisie was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Lars Örtlund recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 43 minutes into the match, Hawelka Himalayan High's goalkeeper Fredrik Bäckström had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Șerban Damian. 46 minutes into the game, Chad Pro cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Marcel Anisie was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The DINAMO players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Hawelka Himalayan High were winning 0-4.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Șerban Damian to make the kick off. 52 minutes into the match, DINAMO's goalkeeper Marcel Anisie had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Chad Pro. Lars Örtlund recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 56 minutes into the game, Adrian Bagge lined in a short shot 0-5 behind a frustrated Marcel Anisie. In the 59th minute, Hawelka Himalayan High's Edwin Ivarsson seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Edwin Ivarsson the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Hawelka Himalayan High protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Edwin Ivarsson had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. Edwin Ivarsson hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. In the 63rd minute Șerban Damian shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fredrik Bäckström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fredrik Bäckström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Șerban Damian in the 63rd minute of play. Lars Örtlund received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Hawelka Himalayan High played a much better game than DINAMO and deserved their victory. The DINAMO players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
