Fresta BK Väsby's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Co Gøte was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-2. When Co Gøte came up free with the goalie in the 93rd minute, the AFK Petržalka fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Co Gøte couldn't finish the play. When the referee blew the final whistle, AFK Petržalka could leave the field as winners, despite Fresta BK Väsby having more of the ball for most of the match.
