Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Dávid Strelec got the match started through his kick off. Kent Hedlund's late challenge caught a AFK Petržalka's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Kent Hedlund helped the player get up and apologised. In the 3rd match minute, Dulwich Hamlet BK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kent Hedlund to maneuver through the defense. In the 6th minute, Sten Røiland left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Dulwich Hamlet BK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. The supporters of Dulwich Hamlet BK booed when AFK Petržalka was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jozef Cibulka didn't get a good kick on the ball. AFK Petržalka's Kamil Čontofalský played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sten Røiland in the 14th minute of play. 18 minutes into the match, Niclas Haström had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Kamil Čontofalský. AFK Petržalka's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Niclas Haström was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. In the 22nd minute Magne Unesson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kamil Čontofalský saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Aivo Pärjasaar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dávid Strelec in the 24th minute of the match. Vladimír Leitner kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. AFK Petržalka's Co Gøte got a good chance for a goal in the 28th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Co Gøte came up free with the goalie in the 30th minute, the AFK Petržalka fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Co Gøte couldn't finish the play. Co Gøte could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 32nd minute of the match, but Aivo Pärjasaar made a huge save. Kamil Čontofalský showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Björn Gustavsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. The supporters of Dulwich Hamlet BK booed when AFK Petržalka was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dušan Ferenčík didn't get a good kick on the ball. Lukas Hamnberg recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Dulwich Hamlet BK's John Lundqvist was substituted for Orvar Sundin. Dulwich Hamlet BK made a substitution. Gustaf Sundberg replaced Björn Gustavsson.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Sten Røiland was the one to do the kick off. Dulwich Hamlet BK's Aivo Pärjasaar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Co Gøte in the 54th minute of play. Aivo Pärjasaar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Co Gøte in the 58th minute of play. After 60 played minutes AFK Petržalka got a freekick which was hit by Dávid Strelec. After a rather tough play, AFK Petržalka's Dávid Strelec got a free kick in the 61st minute. 62 minutes into the match, AFK Petržalka's goal looked a bit too open when Niclas Haström came free, but Kamil Čontofalský reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 65th minute, Sten Røiland got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Kamil Čontofalský showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sten Røiland, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. With a little luck, AFK Petržalka's Kamil Čontofalský got control of the ball when Einar Kullander tried to sneak it across the goal line. Sten Røiland recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 71st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 73 minutes into the match, Dulwich Hamlet BK's goal looked a bit too open when Co Gøte came free, but Aivo Pärjasaar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Einar Kullander could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 75th minute of the match, but Kamil Čontofalský made a huge save. Kamil Čontofalský showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sten Røiland, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. Einar Kullander fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kamil Čontofalský having to interfere. Aivo Pärjasaar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Co Gøte, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 91st minute of the match AFK Petržalka got a corner. Dulwich Hamlet BK's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Adam Obert ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Adam Obert almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Dulwich Hamlet BK's Aivo Pärjasaar did a great save. In the 97th minute, Dávid Strelec hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The AFK Petržalka fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Dulwich Hamlet BK were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
