Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Florian Plouffe started the match with the kick off. In the 4th minute Medero Gadea shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gustavo Boldrini saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Florian Plouffe in the 11th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gustavo Boldrini prevented the ball from getting in the gole. FC Galicia Lviv's Vladyslav Didyk got a good chance for a goal in the 12th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to Olympique Fribourg getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Florian Plouffe hit a great ball. 16 minutes into the match, FC Galicia Lviv's goal looked a bit too open when Téo Savion came free, but Gustavo Boldrini reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. FC Galicia Lviv's Gustavo Boldrini played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Florian Plouffe in the 20th minute of play. If Pylyp Vitvitskyi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 25th minute Florian Plouffe shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gustavo Boldrini saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Medero Gadea charged in rather forcefully in the 26th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Medero Gadea the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 26th minute, Medero Gadea hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 27 played minutes FC Galicia Lviv got a freekick which was hit by Zakhar Severyn. If Florian Plouffe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Gustavo Boldrini showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fred Stutz in the 28th minute of the match. The corner led Olympique Fribourg's Marcellus Walpert to fire away a dangerous shot which Gustavo Boldrini despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Matt Metzger charged in rather forcefully in the 31st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Matt Metzger the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 31st match minute, Olympique Fribourg was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Matt Metzger to maneuver through the defense. In the 32nd minute of the match Danylo Zayets sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Patrick Knechtli skillfully saved the ball. Pylyp Vitvitskyi who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 34thth minute tested the skills of Patrick Knechtli when he managed to save the team from getting behind. If Téo Savion had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 47 minutes into the match, FC Galicia Lviv's goal looked a bit too open when Florian Plouffe came free, but Gustavo Boldrini reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Vladyslav Didyk stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Florian Plouffe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After a rather tough play, Olympique Fribourg's Matt Metzger got a free kick in the 62nd minute. Olympique Fribourg's Salomo Montandon was substituted for Marcellus Walpert. Matt Metzger kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. When FC Galicia Lviv's Pylyp Vitvitskyi in the 65th minute got a chance for a shot 65th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Olympique Fribourg's goalie prevented a goal. When the match clock showed 68 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Pylyp Vitvitskyi sped through Olympique Fribourg's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Patrick Knechtli. If Florian Plouffe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Edoardo Oroni charged in rather forcefully in the 75th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Edoardo Oroni the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 78 played minutes FC Galicia Lviv got a freekick which was hit by Svyatoslav Krutyvus. FC Galicia Lviv's Gustavo Boldrini played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Florian Plouffe in the 79th minute of play. Florian Plouffe's late challenge caught a FC Galicia Lviv's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Florian Plouffe helped the player get up and apologised. After 81 played minutes Olympique Fribourg got a freekick which was hit by Florian Plouffe. Florian Plouffe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, FC Galicia Lviv's Gustavo Boldrini got control of the ball when Medero Gadea tried to sneak it across the goal line. For all the effort they put into the match, the Olympique Fribourg players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for FC Galicia Lviv.
