Olympique Fribourg's Yannick Wüst proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 9th minute of the match, managed to save Olympique Fribourg from getting a goal against them. BVB 09's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Francisc Bîndean in the 10th minute. BVB 09's Francisc Bîndean was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Yannick Wüst in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Yannick Wüst made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lucjan Drugi in the 10th minute. BVB 09's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Francisc Bîndean in the 11th minute. Francisc Bîndean made a great header on BVB 09's corner, it was just that Olympique Fribourg's Yannick Wüst managed to reach the ball for a save. 14 minutes had been played when some careless play by Olympique Fribourg's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Francisc Bîndean was slow to take the kick. During this time BVB 09's players had a chance to rest. The corner led to BVB 09's Basarab Iorgovan getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Gigel Răduța spun around in front of the goal 17 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of Olympique Fribourg's goal. After 19 played minutes BVB 09 got a freekick which was hit by Calistrat Spirea. BVB 09's Leontin Burca played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Quintus Melliger in the 21st minute of play. Florian Plouffe charged in rather forcefully in the 25th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Florian Plouffe the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 27th match minute, Olympique Fribourg was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Florian Plouffe to maneuver through the defense. 35 minutes into the match, Olympique Fribourg's goal looked a bit too open when Gigel Răduța came free, but Yannick Wüst reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Yannick Wüst showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gigel Răduța, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. Yannick Wüst made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gigel Răduța in the 59th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Salomo Montandon during the 60th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 61 played minutes, BVB 09's Basarab Iorgovan shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Yannick Wüst came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in BVB 09 reached it. When the match clock showed 63 minutes, the score became 2-0 when Gigel Răduța sped through Olympique Fribourg's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Yannick Wüst. Gigel Răduța scored 3-0 in the 65th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Yannick Wüst, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Florin Chilian fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Yannick Wüst having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Francisc Bîndean in the 70th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Yannick Wüst saved Olympique Fribourg from getting behind. 76 minutes into the match, Olympique Fribourg's goal looked a bit too open when Francisc Bîndean came free, but Yannick Wüst reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Olympique Fribourg's zone, Octavian Caragea stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Yannick Wüst came out of the goal and Octavian Caragea tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 81st minute, Salomo Montandon hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to BVB 09 getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Francisc Bîndean hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gigel Răduța in the 85th minute of play forced Olympique Fribourg's goalkeeper Yannick Wüst to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 89 minutes of play Olympique Fribourg's Florian Plouffe was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After 89 played minutes Olympique Fribourg got a freekick which was hit by Florian Plouffe. After some fancy dribbling in the 90th minute, Francisc Bîndean managed to get in a good position for a shot. BVB 09's supporters rose to their feet, but Francisc Bîndean was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Yannick Wüst breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Bruno Steiner could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 92nd minute of the match, but Leontin Burca made a huge save. After having played for 95 minutes, Florin Chilian managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. BVB 09's supporters crossed their fingers, but Florin Chilian was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. BVB 09 fully deserved thier win.
